So you take the few guys that out at least a little bit of effort into actually giving a f--- about the field and where the wells are at and so forth. Yet you lay them off and now the one major f---ing idiot out of them all is left in the same spot. NBU is on for a hell of a ride. I mean numero uno up there didn’t even know that the field went south of HWY 60 for the first 2 years he was there. NBU is f---ed with him in charge of Production. There’s a reason our number have been dropping. It’s not due to the loss of CO2 from coffeyville either. It’s the lack of knowledge on the formation and how t works from ole numero uno. This will be a sh-- show.

Perdure will operate with a lean workforce. Translation: each employee will be doing more than they did at Stackarral for the same pay. If you factor in the difference in benefits they will do more with less pay. I can understand people not accepting their offers. Once you sign on, there will be no severance if you quit. You are stuck doing twice as much work for less pay. Everyone seems to be in a pickle right now.
I thought everyone's job was safe! How is changing the field guys going to help? They are just following instructions from OKC. Do you think new company is going to wave magic pixie dust over everything and it will all be ok?!
How many not taking the offer. You think. If I knew I had a job I will not take it. Put you in a hard place. Its going to be a ride. It going to cost them more than letting people go.
Perdure so far is by far worst than Earl could’ve been. I never in a million years thought that sentence would come out of my mouth haha! These guys are making bold statements and are gonna lose far more guys than just the ones they chose to lay off. Lots of takers coming up with the severance letters.
