BK hasn't had an original worthwhile thought since becoming CEO. It took Broadcom to make the light bulb go on. Merge with Qualcomm, this removes the IP infringement claims from the Apple mess, spin off TMG, start using TSMC fabs, and become Apple's slave vendor.
Oh and put Murthy in charge of Qualcomm. No place to go, so the people in San Diego are likely to stay onboard until Apple gets tired of Intel's inability to deliver, starts hiring the best, and takes all the IC design in-house. This will take a few years and then Intel's prospects will again be in the dumpster.
