I,m receiving my severance pay since March, my state tax went up $107.90 more on my last paycheck compare to previous paychecks.
Union shops weren't offered VRP on the last one and I doubt it'll be offered on the next one. The only ones being phased out is ATS and management.
Thats how they're going to get rid of the contract-less union workers. VRP as many as possible, AUSA 5 year phase out plan the rest of them.

No more VRP, you had your chance and did not take advantage.
