4th quarter....no receiving mgr. - no mgr or supervisor on hard or soft side...no mgr or supervisor for freight put away.....WTH was
corporate thinking....oh wait they weren't. Moral s---s!!!!!

Many stores will be closing in 2018. My DM keeps making comments about store closures and “trimming the fat” on unproductive management. Morale is in the tank right now and many managers and FT hourly employees are concerned for their jobs. Stores are barely running enough payroll to provide coverage at the front end and on the floor, causing many customers to leave without any assistance.
You assume the company will continue as a going enterprise.
You assume wrong.
All in preparation for closure.
