Cable pullers are long time assignment construction techs hired from field service or from outside the company. Swat guys are hybrid techs from osp. Get your facts straight.

Don't worry. All the Team Captain spots have been posted. Too bad they are all night spots. So when nobody in they're right mind changes their shift from 7:30-4:00, they will promote a BBT 1 for it. We've seen this done with the 15's years ago, simply because people were already on night's and nobody else applied
