Huge investment in technology needed but unified single design needed first.
Hundred headed hydra try go hundred directions at once so go nowhere.
Offshore and onshore teams each never saw a bleeding edge technology they did not want to pad their linkedin profile with and they never saw a product they want to maintain. Not new so not my problem.
The GDPR panic is the same. Hundred different plans for hundred different products. Will any plan be correct? Nobody know what they need to do. No matter because nobody have time to do anything before May 2018 anyway. Hello GDPR penalty. Goodbye 2018 profit.
Ha! Let's talk about fake news....There is business in China but not for Sabre. Sabre appointed DJ to carve out an Asia strategy. She tried for a year but then she left cause there is no future... so much so, there is no dedicated person today at Sabre to put an Asia strategy... can you trust GG to sell in China? No. China requires investment, which Sabre does not have money for, so, that's not happening. Not to mention the fact that Travelport and Travelsky have China cornered...Sabre and Amadeus can't compete. So, go back and pretend to work, assuming you still work here at Sabre.
Fake news! we are fine and strong! Cutover for LA starting soon. direct connect still firm. more business in China. go back to work.
Maybe leaders should understand we are playing infinite game and should start making strategic decisions rather then tactic.
