Everything is done with the intentions of attracting investors. Even the core values. These are not values to be held or followed by upper management but simply to look attractive to potential investors. Of course, management wants the employees to stick to the core values. It is the typical "do as I say, not what I do" scenario.
Fantastic! I agree totally! At the end of this train wreck it will be the blue collar men and women who will suffer. Not the (Frog), or his a$$ clown puppets. Stackarral's CEO is a money hungry pathetic excuse for a human being. The employee's that are left at Stackarral beware you are next the Stack is a joke and the (frog) will sell it to the highest bidder. He has no concern for anyone but himself and his agenda. Chaparral was once a great place to work, but now I would feel more secure working at Chernobyl!
Well great!! Technical excellence in severing employees is far more important than technical excellence in doing the things that keep them employed!

When you lay off more employees during the dropout of oil prices than the number of casualties at Hiroshima certain things happen. These things won’t be subtle, they will hurt and you will get f---ed. Let me explain:
1.) The employer (Chaparral i.e. [Stackarral]) begins to form certain “relationships” that strive on the lining of certain pockets as fast and furious as possible. These relationships will not include the blue collar personnel which have worked hard to build the areas in which they work.
2.) The word “integrity” will fly out the window as far as you could throw a newborn baby off the Empire State Building. Unfortunately this will mainly affect the workers earlier referred to as the said casualties. This will cause issues.
3.) During this process the top few main puppets or muppets. Hell muppeteer if you so choose. These individuals will start to bring their “technical excellence” together to strategically plan on how to put themselves up on a pedestal much like the one they put pu**y on in high school. This will cause more casualties as well. However these boys pockets are getting fat! But hey, f--- you. You’re just a number. Not like the ones in their pockets. This technical excellence will f--- you. It will most likely be quick and you definitely won’t enjoy it.
4.) Bare with me. We’re nearing the end.
5.) The concluding “result” will be this. The casualties end up being the majority of the men and women who have spent 10’s of years of their lives dedicated to their respected field just to receive a pat on the back and a boot in the a--. Obviously this boot came from the “Kerminator” and I’m sure it’s size wasn’t large, but the effect was powerful. Don’t worry though. He’s on the board and sends organizational updates on the regular to which 99% of us could really give a f--- less about. I say Perdure??? F--- it, why not? What’s the worst that could happen? At least it won’t be the first time we’ve been penetrated!!!
