I put 17 years in, only received 12 weeks of severance. Don't count on a long vacation, start looking now. Start interviewing.
Comments like this explain the reason ~60 people were just laid off from "SDS".
One year the closed over 200 does. I'll take that severance package so fast... even though I hear it's not the best.
