I'm confused.....this from the agenda for the Oct 31st meeting.
First resolution – Unchanged resolution
the shareholders hereby approve the financial statements for fiscal year 2016 as they have
been presented in the said reports and which show a net loss of €(841,019,498.01), as well as all
transactions recorded in such financial statements and summarized in such reports.
Third Resolution
the shareholders approve the consolidated financial statements for 2016 as they have been
presented in such reports and which show a net loss of US$(576.6) million as well as all transactions
recorded in such financial statements and summarized in such reports.
Why such a huge difference between fiscal 2016 and 2016?
