So, HPE just laid off a massive number of people in Houston, all ages, experiences, genders, roles - makes no sense. Not sure about director level and up - they seem to be holding on for now - maybe to manage the jobs outsourced until their replacement is outsourced.
Are they getting out of server business? Becoming some sort of a consulting company?
Really strange, how unfortunate are we with the last 4-5 CEOs. Can't tell which one was the biggest bozo and more incompetent.
Well, I think that question about the worst HP(E) CEO of all times is easy - the current one. No one else had obliterated this formerly great company yet. But she certainly takes the cake. And then gets voted(?) one of "the 100 greatest minds in business"... What a slap in the face.

Interesting to read about what is now happening at HPE. As a former HPE employee who was part of the DXC spin-merge, I wondered upon whom management's disdain would now fall. With HPES gone, management had to turn their wrath somewhere.
