They promote the idiots and guys who waste millions of dollars, keep reorganizing, changing titles, moving the same few “golden boys” up the chain while the rest of the employees suffer. Hey CEO, no one gives a flying monkey’s @ss about your emails, they want to if they will still get a paycheck next week or maybe just focus on doing their job and not stressing about how dishonest your fake round tables are or if they will have to do twice the amount of work because you decide - yet again - to have another layoff!
The toxic work environment from the top down has destroyed the little morale that was left.
