In Enrollment, who has been trained on the Genesys system that is planned to start Monday the 6th of November? Some are wondering why have I not been trained? Has the start date been moved? Are the trained employees staying while the not trained one days are numbered?

In my 10 years, there has not been one single roll out on time. I wouldn’t make too much of it other than here’s another example of incompetent leadership at the helm.

The full roll out isn’t until 11/13 or 11/20. Relax & stop being paranoid.
Something odd is occurring here. Everyone being quiet on the roll out.
You mean ERs and QC going to Genesys too? I heard talk of it but very little action.
