Anyone hoping they offer voluntary terms? Or any idea if they will? Have they in the past? So many questions....

I was praying they would ask for volunteers and even asked my manager to volunteer but it was shot down as only EVPs, SVPs and VPs are allowed to make the decision on who stays and who goes.
Hoping to end this horrific nightmare with a payout but may need to find a job on my own to move on.

I have never known voluntary being offered in the past in the US or UK in the last 10 years worth on restructuring/reduncancies
