Reading all these posts the good, bad and mostly sad, it's hard not to be in a state of anxiety and fear for what may be coming. I hope one of the benefits in the lay off package is life long "THERAPY." This is so stressful. Employees who get laid off tomorrow will be faced with losing their homes, cars, depleting savings accounts and credit cards, not being able to pay for child care or an elderly parents medical expenses - - and a whole lot more. Yeah, yeah I know ... Layoffs are happening everywhere. It's just happening more frequently at Citrix. Another sad week my Fellow Citrites. #GoodLuckEveryone

Job = making burgers at McDonalds. Career = sense of entitlement based on the blood, sweat and tears put into the work AND the promise marketed from Citrix. No one getting laid off with a career will have a problem getting a new position at another company....People are simply expressing disappointment from a company that branded and marketed it's self as something that it no longer is. ....and what the hell is a "shinebox"? Something someone with a job would have?
