McKesson EIS products are horrible.
Agree with the previous poster. Non compete will never be enforced, unless you’re a major exec. In which case you got a huge payout anyway.
non-competes are just scare tactics. Many states have laws that you cannot require employees to not find work. The organization would lose every time in court/labor hearing against a former employee.
Are non-competes valid if EIS no longer exists as such?
