shady, unstable company that has no solid foundation or sustainability. the products are crappy, everything is done half asses and i doubt this company will be around in 10 years.

No... it was ALSO existing Allscripts employees that received the cut. Many of which were long time legacy Allscripts employees.
When you buy a competitor's entire division, there will be cuts. Why is this a surprise?
Afaik it was all McKesson people after the deal closed. Definitely true tho
Whomever said "not true" is misinformed. Many people were let go today. Trust me I know.
