Previous severance packages were good. If you had worked at Citrix more than 12 years you got about 1 years worth of salary as the package. If you worked less than 2 years you got very little.
If poor sevrance, you will lose all your top performers. We will see.

Repost from last layoff in 2015. I assume it’ll be the same.
It was basically 6 weeks and then 2 weeks per every year of service paid out in a lump sum (takes a 25% Federal Income tax hit though). Then they pay us normally to 2/20 so 3 weeks of normal pay. Finally unused PTO is paid out in FL at 50%.
