Hourly employees will be almost completely gone by 2019. Over this next year huge changes will be taking place. Layoffs are guaranteed over the next 12 to 18 months. Hourly employees really need to look for other options elsewhere. The new CEO is much different than previous bosses. all about profit, low end jobs are gone except those needed to "clean up"

Unless you get out there immediately and start hunting for a job, compensation rarely lasts long enough. You will be taxed heavily on all the money you receive. What seems like a lot never ends up being near what it starts out to be. Everyone needs to really realize most hourly jobs are going. Now is the time to look after yourself. If you are in an area that is slow now,now is the time to look for something else. This is the start of big changes here. Take it seriously.There are other jobs out there. Now is the time to get going!
