I just got a bill for the shoes with Velcro straps (since dsd reps are so stupid we can't tie our shoelaces) that Kelloggs gave us.

I also forgot to give back my abacus since I'm so dumb and lazy I don't know how to use a computer or calculator

Entitled reps who were basically lazy before got what was coming to them. Good luck finding another job that will actually make you accountable!

I have to admit kelloggs has always been a sh--ty company, corporate heavy, their fuc*ing teams for every client, bad products, good products that they cheapened with soy fillers,GMO in everything. At least Keebler made sense. Not a bunch of delusional money bags sitting up on Mt.Olympus.I hope that everyone who had a hand in all of our firings rots in hell.

I did the math: 10.7 million (JBs compensation in '16) divided by say 60k (average salary of reps, merchandisers) is 178. So JB made 178 times more $ then the DSD team. Take that head count 178 times say $1,000,000 per territory ( I know probably low, I did over 2 mil last yr) and you get $178,000,000 million dollars. And that 178 is low.

And we get laid off. And we are considered overhead.

And he is CEO for a co with 11 strait declining qtys.

If u never listen to the troops on the ground, in the stores, this Co. has and will continue to fail.

Blaming DSD for all the company's ills is a complete cop out and honestly a dereliction of the boards fiduciary duty.

Sad.

In 2016 Bryant made $10.7 million dollars: base pay, bonus etc..., stock award, stock options & other.

I can't even imagine what his golden parachute is.

I’m sure he was asked to leave. So he said he’d just retire. That’s how they do it in the business world. They never use the word “fired” unless the CEO did something very awful. I’m 100% sure.

I think he did a great job. 11 quarters of sterling sales numbers. Growing business by reducing head is a clear path to success.

Me thinks sneak peak at 3rd qtr numbers made the board Shard.

2nd qtr numbers with the double dip deliveries into stores AND warehouses flat. Jiminy crickets 2nd qtr should have been strong.

What will the new spin or message be?
