Looks like they gave different severance packages to different people. Wonder why that is?
How could it be worse? Perhaps if they gave you crap and stabbed you in the back on the way out the door? Oh yeah never mind. That's what they did.
Thanks, I am surprised they are so different... But all in all, they could have been much worse.
2 months medical. 1 month on payroll, 2 months pay.
6 months medical. 2 months on payroll, payout of my holidays at 1.5x and severance of 3 months pay with shift differential included.
