We should have down-sized within months of RFMD acquiring TriQuint. We have too many employees (myself included) to sustain this business. While corp has done an admirable job functioning as the Greensboro employment agency, it has done its shareholders no favors except for some short-term gains.

Get your facts straight. It was not an acquisition! It was a merger. And TriQuint was much better off before the elite RFMD execs got their hands on it. What a disaster!
