Prepare, layoffs start tomorrow. Impacted folks to be escorted offsite on Wednesday. Folks taking VSP already told they have been approved. Wednesday will be a tough day!

Decisions made at VP level based on last focal results and communicated down to Managers this week. Most managers had no input and are forced to execute orders. Pretty typical in these situations.....
