Devry has been in the process of phasing out for at least two years. Devry will not be sold due to the risk of legalities just phased out. It takes time to phase out and within one year the process should be complete now that most management and faculty have been terminated. It is simply a process to dissolve Devry which has been a big profit loss for them. This kind of process is always ugly from the beginning to the end and it becomes difficult for employees because EVERYONE needs their paycheck and survival mode kicks in. But corporate will get theirs what goes around comes all the back around and some really good employees have suffered in many ways.
