I'm wondering if I'll be drug tested. I don't seem like someone who would need to be. I'm married with kids. Does anyone know how this works at this time?

If your married with kids, then that only gives you a "freebie out of jail"
Simple...don't have any on the job safety incident, even hitting a deer in a company truck, that gives Devon a reason to rest you. Simple...we dont want you at Devon if you are a pothead, even on the weekends. But you know that, so why u wasting our time.
Drug testing at Devon is totally random. Worked half my career there. It took 13 years for me to get called in.

I haven't heard of any drug tests, with the exception of being a new hire. Are there reports of this happening? If so, that might be an indicator of weeding out the "problem employees"

I strongly suspect you will not test positive for illegal drugs for being married. Nor for having kids. It's toking the weed and sniffing the glory dust that will nail you. What a dumb a$$.
