Folks, keep on top of this. Made my payment almost 3 weeks ago but there is a delay from when Conexis receives and processes payment. Conexis then sends info over to BCBS to turn ur insurance back on. That alone can be over a week.
I called BCBS last week and my Insurance not valid. Paperwork from Conexis had not been processes by BCBS at that time.
Called today and my Insurance now valid.
I mailed check in for first payment but did one time online payment for October payment.
I have been dealing with Conexis since October 2016.
I agree that an online account would work, but I found an old fashioned phone call works quite well. I would make the call a week before the end of the month. You will be getting a confirmation number, and your account will be credited on next business day.

It will show all payments received etc...
And your future payments.
I print it all out to have in hard copy.
