Tech morale at as is at an all time low and corporate is squeezing every ounce of soul out of each and every employee. It doesn't have to be like this. I can't believe people are still defending this company.

It's going great actually. Plenty of O.T. and work. Started training on le box, and BHV.
Lots of new hires coming in also. Very busy around here. Also our current sick time, vacation etc won't be touched so that's a plus. How are things on the ALTICE side?
The guys are making 30-45 a hr the dangling carrot on the stick until they try to break the union and sell to a company like Altice and get got the extra money is temporary it will not last
