Camden - Agrees, they have made all the right political moves. But the economics and financials are what will drive this company down the drain. It will take longer than a political death (i.e.: ITT Tech), but it does seem doomed even with the political connections.

BPI does have insiders at ED. They also still have the political power of Warburg Pincus.
