i work for HPE india. looks like i am in trouble now. i know that they utilize this opportunity to target whistle blowing employees.
still no worries as i am capable of getting job in other company. but, i am intrrested to know which Government regulation related to compensation applies here? what is the HPE India policy on severence pay for laidoff employees?
Also, i have heard that rather than issuing terminating letters they pressurize employees to Submit Resignations. is that true?
