Thread regarding Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) layoffs

100,000 Laid Off over five years?

Lotta talent has been shown the door, from all areas of the company. Has anyone thought about getting together and starting an employee owned company - without the bloated layer of middle managers and with salespeople linked directly to the success or failure of their promises? Could be a heck of a company... With no age ceiling! Thoughts?

Son, if you're looking for winners and producers at HP, you're looking in the wrong place.

Why would I want to partner with 100k people who were too incompetent to keep their jobs? No thank you... I will stick with the winners and producers.

Form a tech company with a workforce of people who'd rather look to the past and complain than take a chance on new opportunities and embrace change? I can't think of a worse group of people to start a company with.
