There are rumblings, that the AC program is going to be shut down as part of the 20/20 Sycamore Change. As they are ultimately a money losing team.
There accounts will be split, the “big” ones will go to the SAL’s and the tiny accounts will go inside to the AM1 team, formerly known as the IAC’s.
Hourly is cheaper than salary.

Sal’s, I agree, cheaper labor. AC’s sorry bud, but AM1’s and 2’s are cheaper. Lots of AC’s jumping ship, due to sh--ty commission changes, as they always do.

Not true. They are growing the AC division.
Sal's are a huge target because of their income. They will be replaced with younger, cheaper outside sales folks. This has already been happening. Useless DIrectors need to go in SBA. Overpaid and useless.
