This place is a cesspool of incompetency! The consumer side of the business (ECS) is a joke. The morale is low and there are tons of incompetent kiss assers. There's so much nepotism that most projects fail because folks bring in other folks who don't know what in the hell they're doing. Leadership is absent because leaders bring in their incompetent friends. The layoffs are a way to either get rid of competent folks (the bar is very low) who are perceived as a threat or to drain the highly paid and low put out swamp.
Agree with everything you said, @PivrhZL-4uld , especially the nepotism part. People are not even trying to hide it, that's how bad it is. But dare and say something, and you suddenly have a big target on your back.
