Amazing "who can I step over to get all the credit" Culture

BD was suking the life out of me. You can almost see the darkness and negativity in the halls. What a dreadful place to work. I was there for over 15 years and it kept getting worse.

The culture went from "lets succeed as a team" to "who can I step over to get all the credit". You just can't trust anyone there. I am so happy to be with a company where employees actually support each, work together as a team, and don't have the arrogant, superior attitudes that you see on a daily basis at BD.

Just when you thought the "Good ol' boys" were finally retiring you get a whole new generation of management who thinks their you know what doesn't stink.

The culture was deifferent under Ludwig... since then, it's poisoned. Lost its soul. Leave, as soon as you can.

I've only been there over a year, and even on the factory floor it's like this, keep you terrified of losing your job, promises out the a** with out actually following through, NO communication, then a union starts trying to come in, things get better for a few months, once they squash that it's back to treating everyone like sh--! It could be such a great place to work, but from what I've seen, heard, and read, at this point I don't believe it's saveable without an entire rehaul, which is that even possible with a company that size?

Most accurate description of the toxic corporate culture incubated by the Big Disappointment.

Didn't always used to be this way... the shift started with all the GE bailouts showing up... then with the CF merger, well, too many people from both sides lost their way. Sad to see something that was once great in its death throes.

22 1/2 years at FRANKLIN LAKES glad its over and RELIVED. I went through 9 months of JUVENILE games by MANAGEMENT what a JOKE. All management there is so A-- backwards. If only the SHAREHOLDERS only knew. Mr Becton would never believe this stuff cause you can't make this up.

6 and half years service and can also confirm this. It used to be a fantastic company that cared about and valued it's associates.

But now they couldn't care less. You are just part of a head count.
