Everyone wants to cry and complain but I don't hear ppl complaining every two weeks when they get paid , it's a new company and things are different either get use to the. Or move on ... You are not a lighted to stay here Move on god damm it .

I wish it was that easy especially when you are doing your job. You have management telling older techs you should take a package Wtf really threat? How dare they! Its not as easy as you say. You are Probably a newer employee making no real money, that is why they are not checking you, or your a kneecapper no disrespect intended.

remember you can do work fast but are you doing it right. Not putting on that extra staple not crimping that fitting properly, not tightening that fitting, at the tap or the adjacent ones, working unsafe, not checking the other room when you drill. Speed does not make you better. That tells you how much of a rook you are.
You will go far! Now you do fries, next the grill and in a couple of years manager and your poised to make the big bucks
