So I heard from my boss today after several meetings that a new VRP is coming around the corner in October. Anyone who has been on the job 15+years is eligible WOW!!. Has any one else heard about this.? If it's true I'm taking it and leaving this sinking ship.

So much for the VRP in October. We are already toward the end of the month and it hasn't happened yet. And for the person that thinks that the show won't go one with out us think again. They already have in place the people that can and will take over our positions. Wether overseas or out of State or just simply waiting on the new trainees to become for acquainted with the position it can be done. It's just a matter of what their contingency plan is for the remaining properties in which the acquire. Do they go or will they stay.

This is all rumors, do you really believe that they would up the package to 4 weeks per year? Be grateful that you have a job, do your work and you should not have to worry stop complaining and do your work. Someone has to do the work. Think about it if everyone takes a package how will the work get completed. Altice is not stupid they know what they are doing, how to you think they are so huge. Just be thankful for your jobs and your pay checks,, yes there is a lot of changes, Just stop complaining and with the flow and continue to collect your salary..
The rumor I have heard is 4 weeks per plus a year in benefits. This is what AMC got when they had budget concerns two years ago.

I heard the same thing today from someone a director. It is 15 years plus and it doesn't matter if your age + tenure equal anything.

Probably not 15 plus years. Last I hear it was 45. Ypur age plus the nu mber of years you had at cblevision .makes more sense to me

Heard this from out of a managers mouth if you don't like it here you can f---ing quit.. no more packages are being offered USA or ATS..
Also heard that ats my go bankrupt so they can get contractors in... that way they don't have to pay tech salaries...
