Rumor is there is a VRP for ALL technicians not with ATS upon asking ??? Is this true? 2 years for every year you have been with the company .

Let's not call it a Vrp especially when people have no real choice let call it what it is a gtfo chump change package
Well it's being rumored if a tech asks for a VRP they will grant it and I'm just curious if any else had heard of this ...
I'm assuming you meant 2 weeks for every year. That's the same as getting laid off. Might as well wait for that. Don't be a quitter!
