For the second day in a row techs in Hauppauge have no boxes. Sups are going to Nassau to get equipment. Guess all the boxes are going triwire or aws . Guess we dont count anymore.

The same upper management that felt the need to take away your ice machine also thinks it doesn't need to stock basic needed supplies. Unbe-effin'-lievable!

That's just to get your numbers down for your review. They will tell customer it was on you. Just like telling them the tech is running late when there was never enough man power to begin with.

They said not to worry, this is just a minor hiccup as we go through this transition phase. Altice will make sure that we're fully stocked by October 1st.
Not really surprising considering USTC is lying to Altice about their inventory and have nothing to send you guys
