CA Technologies does not have major layoffs because they are ongoing, every three months we lose people, no matter how we do. There is zero job security here. I don't remember a time when I went into work not worried about whether it was my time to get laid off. I am not sure for how long this will be sustainable, morale is at an all time low as it is.

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes. Morale is near zero. And after the recent round of outright lies by management telling us no changes were coming, trust is gone too.
I just got fired, not laid off. Anyone else find themselves in the same position?
Yep. I know several people in Framingham got whacked from the eTrust this week. There is never a cut down day anymore. It is now a weekly event.
