As with any restructuring there is always pain and layoffs.

The layoffs were company wide and it was over 300 employees due to sales dropping by 50% compared to a year ago!!
Apparently today (9-19-2017) about 40 people were marched out of Foot Locker headquarters and there was also talk of warehouse layoffs as well.
