Can't afford to give back our bonus program but, they can spend the money to rent a room for a week at a local golf course for safety training. What is wrong with the multiple meeting rooms at BKA that are already paid for? Management proving more everyday that they could care the f--- less shout hourly employees. But then again if you say anything you will be replaced by a Mexican.

Check 6 training was a complete and utter waste of resources. Not because of the training it was great and could make Exterran a better company. It's a waste because of lack of management.
