I could write a book about how behind optimum is lol.
No online/ self serve ppv ordering or upgrading (internet speeds and or tv package) options .
A USB device is needed for a buffer . Most other tv providers have dual live buffers no USB required .
DVR And VOD services goes down multiple times in past few months.
No caller if call history on STB.
There's so much more i wanna say lol
No one is worried till after the stock is below 24. The IPO was just a cushion. Sh#$ show is just getting started. Only the investors, customers and employees lose.
