One thing Intel is doing well is that it's not having a mass exodus of people. Just by laying off small amounts of folks at a time (trickle feed) allows the local housing market to absorb the new houses on the market and doesn't saturate the local market with tons of people looking for jobs.

2015 Stealth layoff is really bad, productive engineers were laid off. Now my team is doubled, but can't match productivity before, plus more managers, program managers in team who don't do actual work.
Stealth layoffs never worked in the past because, there is stealth hiring going on all the time and will counter any intended cost savings. VPs & GMs care only about their empires and find way to keep hiring. Let's wait and see if new CFO is any good in putting a stop to the empire building.
I love how people keep going on about 10nm costs spoiling the financials. 10nm costs are already there. They are a part of each quarterly revenue report. Doesn't look that bad, does it?
Retards.
who are those who trying to suppress the trolls... like suppress freedom of infor or wrong doings?
10nm FUBAR, be careful everyone else passing Intel by, good to see the imbeciles fanboys. Good for the completion and terrible for Intel if these folks are in any position of power 🤣😂
The fact 14nm is full confirms my claim, you are such an idiot it is hilkarious 😉
How is the yield on 10nm?
The HVM factories should be full for the Q4 launch
