I cashed out last week when it spiked. I sold at $61.12 (What's 38 cents?). I did not want to take a chance on the deal falling through and ending up stuck with a $30 stock. I am sleeping much better at night.
It's all the same stock.
To clarify, I'm an ex-retail employee that participated in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
