Severance Package Violations?

Disclaimer: Per severance package agreement, this post is not focused on either disparaging or negative remarks regarding Teradata, nor is it intended as legal advice or expert comment.

HEADS UP: The most recent, personnally received payment,s per the severance package appear to be possible violations of the severance agreement, so check your payments against your agreement. In addition, health benefit extension information is now late per the agreement, as of this posting.

Just for awareness; as per CA laws company is not entitled to pay severance for jobs-at-will hiring. They pay it when you sign off papers and release all the rights to legally challenge them. About time frame, there is kind of cooling off period (not sure) or the administrative time they take to make payments.
