You got got this company just showed you what they want, a unqualified unskilled worker, and you gave them the go ahead by giving up and signing over to All The S---ers ATS. No use crying over spilt milk. What is even more pathetic, you could still keep your pay by Unionizing and your still not doing nothing about it, because your afraid and are backstabbing each other and can't unite, look at Brooklyn look at Oakland none of these issues are happening sad sad sad.

That is not competitive pay for what a BBT has to deal with on a daily basis, like working without tools and proper equipment. I don't understand why Altice wants to hire more people when morale is at an all-time low: people will just quit. Altice created an organization that lacks: proper change management, stability, communication, and has put stress, anxiety, and fear into everyone left working for them. BBT's are the face of the company, and you should not have to bring tools from home to get the job done at work. Why hire more people when Altice cannot take care of the ones they have now!

You inherit a good company with skilled employees. Most of them were either let go, they voluntarily left ,or they took the VRP offer. Now you're looking to replace them with this b---s--- offer of $15.38 an hour. I wish the hell I would refer someone to this company. Personally I don't see this company lasting too much longer. You losing customers by the droves and your employees are very unhappy. You keep raising the customers rates, but you're not offering him anything different. You put pressure on your employees as far as performance. Yet you took away some of our Sick days, paid unused sick and personal time and Holiday bonus pay. I'm sure before the year is over there will be more cuts coming our way. I think it's time to get off the sinking ship before it's too late.
