I am hearing many management personnel are bragging to the new techs that none of the techs on strike will be coming back unless the resign from the union and reapply for their positions, what is the union doing? You are not dealing with time warner, you are dealing with old Cv mgmt they do not play fair you need to Have a game plan 6 months and nothing not a good look NYC is or was a union town all eyes on you and your not looking good. Be creative the old strike plan will not work. Good luck and God speed Ps they are about to Hire a lot more in the upcoming month.

Striking techs need to stop relying on the union, Charter, and politicians to help them. Move on and get a real job. You had it good for a long time, gravy train is done.
I have been at charter communication for the past 3 years ,former Cablevision employee over 23 years and notice that old timewarner management are in favor of the union employees coming back their old buddies they treat them better then the cablevision employee's especially in Northern Manhattan we here I'm glad im not their any more. They are setting them up for failure . So glad I change career
Time Warner wanted to get rid of the Union in NYC for a long time. They stop you guys from getting raises, and competitive benefits. They protect the lazy, and rude employees. Go back to work guys.

I say we go back to work!! not looking good - there are people being told there are no more spots in certain locations and people have to move to where the spots are if they want to go back. No bueno!
Most people will be working for others companies that do not keep wages flat, they are currently hiring at $14 with 10 years of experience, what a joke!
