I heard that the Bard acquisition is delayed to November due to the ongoing court case with shareholders. Whether this will prolong / delay the scheduled layoffs in September is yet to be seen. The dates I keep hearing are September 14th, 18th and 22nd.

Thank you so much for your concern. If we get lay off could be an opportunity for us to try something else instead of helping these crooked managements in running their politics. They can enjoy their outsourcing to an offshore companies while it lasted. And if it fails they'll be gone in few years as well. Many of us used to take so much pride in doing what we do, but this time some of us do not care anymore.
I feel sorry for all of you. I was laid off last year and I have to say, this is the first September in 10 years I haven't had that sick feeling in my stomach waiting to find out how many people were being laid off. It was a great company but that was years ago. Now, it's not worth getting an ulcer from the stress.
Yeah i keep hearing the same dates but not 22nd. Only 14th and 18th. So far 14th isn't happening... I guess it's based on whether or not they are ready with the paper works to kick the whole thing in execution mode.
