Man f--- that if he did it and he knows someone in management them nothing will happen But this company is like that which is the primary reason it won't be in business long .
It's an allegation until the evidence is presented to those who can act on the evidence. You appear to be seriously concerned about this situation yet seem to be unprepared to step forward, settling on generalizations referring to a number of anonymous people and secret photos. It's good to know that we work beside someone who is vigorously pursuing justice on behalf of Dril-Quip.
How is it allegations when it's fact a number of people know of this and have seen photos you tell me if it's allegations when theirs evidence. And if he was not stealing why hand it over the fence?
Agreed stealing is wrong, but (as far as I am aware) this historic alleged incident was investigated and dealt with. The original poster clearly has some sort of issue with the leadman concerned to go to the extent of repeating the allegation. To take this moral high ground to expose an alleged thief raises the question of what sort of individual goes to such lengths to try and have someone fired and potentially ruin their future employment opportunities. If the poster feels so strongly about this they should be taking their evidence to management and not hide behind the anonymity of an internet notice board. I would urge caution as I would expect management to take a dim view if these allegations can't be substantiated.
I was told he would be getting fired
