She is not bad, she is horrible. How can you respect your manager when talent, hard work and contributions doesn't matter, those who kiss her a-- were just fine. You don't have to work just be nice to her and your job is safe along with pay hikes, bonuses, good reviews and LTI's.
No one was able to figure it out it's a fine crack that EqualLogic made ton of money for years and she thinks she is untouchable and those in NDC knows the facts :-)
I used to think management are also people but failed to realize that you have to be human first to qualify.

What do NDC, MDC, and MRES stand for? I'm new to Dell and don't know these acronyms.

If it's NDC most of us know who it is and also it's not 8 years it's 9 years. Yes she has to go for all unethical things she did and shame on company for not taking any action.
