They are laying off CA employees and sending the CA work offshore to India. Just a question, how is that HIPPA compliant and do the client/doctors even know that this is happening? I have a bad feeling that there are going to be a lot of issues related to patient care in CA. Goodbye accountability.

Nuance isn't the only company that outsources overseas but I agree with you. I don't want my PM I sent overseas!
