The company needs to get back to basics. Customer service employees that care about their jobs, customers and the stores they work in. I'm sure Mr JC Penney is rolling over and over seeing how his company has gotten so far away from the golden rule. JCP NEEDS TO GO BACK TO BASICS!!!

Would that change the fact that retail across the board is in freefall? With revenues dropping by double digits across the country?
Would it change the fact that nobody wants to shop in dinosaur department stores anymore?
Maybe time you had a look at what's going on in the world, outside your fishbowl.
